Western Orissa Development Council (WODC)
The State Government have constituted Western Orissa Development Council (WODC) , the jurisdiction of which extends over 10 Districts viz Bargarh, Bolangir, Boudh , Deogarh , Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Sambalpur, Sonepur and Sundergarh and Athamalik Sub- Division of Angul district. WODC is mandated to accelerate the pace of development of the areas under its jurisdiction and mitigating regional disparities. The council is required to draw up appropriate long term and short term development plans and progrmmes for the council area.

Poverty and Human Development Monitoring Agency (PHDMA)
With a view to tracking the progress of poverty reduction , improving human development indicators, developing appropriate development programmes and assessing the impact of various programmes and policies on the poor, a High Power Agency ,called "Poverty and Human Development Monitoring Agency" (PHDMA) has been constituted as an autonomous organization under the administrative control of Government of Orissa, Planning and Co-ordination Department. The Government Resolution regarding constitution of PHDMA is given at Annexure- XXII.

Special Area Rural Connectivity Authority (SARCA)
With a view to ensuring expeditious and effective implementation , supervision and monitoring of the special connectivity programme for KBK districts a High Power authority called Special Area Rural Connectivity Authority (SARCA) has been constituted by the State Government. The Government Resolution concerning its constitution is given at Annexure -XXIII.

Orissa Public Private Partnership Technical Society (OPPPTS)

As per the provisions of the State Public Private Partnership (PPP) policy, a State PPP Cell has been constituted in the P & C Department to oversee all PPP initiatives'of the State and to coordinate with other Stake holders. Further, Orissa Public Private Partnership Technical Society (OPPPTS) has been constituted to provide necessary technical support to the State PPP Cell.
